Our West Side Stories, East Side Stories and Culture Makers Tours include transportation (does not include transport to and from drop off and pickup points), food, drinks, translator, tour guide and goodie bag.

We currently accept cash payment, to be paid in full at the beginning of the tour in Vietnam Dong (VND). If payment is being made in US Dollars our standard exchange rate based on the day using www.xe.com. Change will be given in Vietnam Dong.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY We understand that things come up. Should you need to cancel or change your booking, please understand that we are a small company, last minute cancellations and no show vastly affects our business, so please contact us as soon as possible at: linh@hidden-saigon.com CANCELLATION POLICY FEES • 8+ Days Before Tour Departure Date: 0% of Total Tour Amount Per Person Due • 4-7 Days Before Tour Departure Date: 20% of Total Tour Amount Per Person Due • 1 – 3 Days Before Tour: 50% of Total Tour Amount Per Person Due • Day Of Tour: 100% of Total Tour Amount Per Person Due • If you miss the departure time, fail to show up at the right location or at the right time, there is no refund. The value of your tour may be applied towards a future tour. If there are extenuating circumstances resulting in a missed tour, a refund will be considered. • We reserve the right to cancel tours if there is any compromise to passenger safety. Reasons for cancellations of tours can vary from bad weather, unsafe road conditions, accidents, or vehicle issues. We will take no responsibility for cancelled tours beyond the refund of all money paid which will constitute full settlement. We will try and reschedule your tour if it works with your schedule. • We cannot guarantee weather, traffic or road conditions. • We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative reasonably available. • All times listed for tour itineraries are approximate. Times are subject to change without notice at any time. We will do our best to stay on schedule, however no refunds will be offered for minor changes to itineraries or time changes/delays to tours or other service.

Our standard tours are 3-6 people, plus the one tour guide and one assistant/translator. We can also accommodate tours less than 3 people. Please contact us at linh@hidden-saigon.com to book and rate details.

Hidden Saigon runs tours from Tuesday to Saturday. We have a morning tour (8:30 - 12:30) and an afternoon tour (13:30 - 17:30). If you require a tour on another day or time, please contact us for a private tour at linh@hidden-sagion.com

We are currently developing multiple tours including food tours and day trips. In the meantime, we can create a private tour to suit your needs. Please note that we need at least 5 days lead time in for all Private Tours. Please contact us at linh@hidden-saigon.com

At Hidden Saigon, we strive to provide a truly unique, local experience, taking you behind the scenes and into people's homes and workspaces. We provide high quality service, small group numbers and fair pay to our locations and employees.

Tipping is not compulsory. Our motivation is the quality of your experience.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not run tours in other cities. However, we are currently developing Hidden-Hanoi and will be launching it in early 2019.

There are many ways to move about the city. For taxis, we recommend Vinasun and Mai Linh Group. Grab is currently in Vietnam, so just download the App and you can catch either a car or motorbike taxi through them.
