We have different journeys for you to choose from. Gain access to private spaces and people that you don’t on a typical city tour.
All standard Journeys require reservations 36 hours prior to departure date.

All standard Journeys require a minimum of 3 people to run. Bookings may be made for single participants. If we are unable to meet minimum numbers we may offer an alternative date or cancel the Journey and provide a refund. For groups of fewer than 3 people, a surcharge may apply. Hidden Saigon will do its best to reach minimum numbers whenever possible.
Any promotional rates will deducted on the date of payment.
Upon booking, a 20% deposit is required of the full Journey booking amount. This amount will be deducted from the final payment. Payment to be made by PayPal or bank transfer. We will contact you with the details. Failure of deposit payment within 3 days of booking will result in cancellation of booking. Upon receipt of payment, you receive a final confirmation email with Journey details. If you haven’t received an email confirmation within 2 days of payment, please contact us at: email@example.com
We understand that things come up. Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. As we are a small company and last minute cancellations and no shows vastly affects our business. Please find below our Cancellation Policy Fees:
8+ Days Before Journey Departure Date: 0% of Total Journey Amount Per Person Due
4-7 Days Before Journey Departure Date: 20% of Total Journey Amount Per Person Due
1-3 Days Before Journey Departure Date: 50% of Total Journey Amount Per Person Due
Day of Journey: 100% of Total Journey Amount Per Person Due
